I am having an eating disorder. This happens whenever I am upset or depressed (which I am now).
Have to fight it or I’ll gain too much weight again.

Eating disorder should be treated immediately because it may lead to the death and it is considered as an illness of the mind. It stems from how the individual perceives himself and it usually comes from a desperate need to be physically appealing and acceptable to the society.
