Planetshakers & Israel Houghton Philippine Concert

The first time I heard their music a few years back, I thought it was cool. But this year, I was able to listen more on their songs and found it great. Not just because it’s contemporary or very modern, but because their lyrics speaks the thought and heart of a Christian worshiper.

As a part of the worship ministry in our Church, I screen the songs that we sing, musically and theologically. Planetshakers have a good selection of songs in their albums. Same goes to Israel Houghton, who has a great voice singing praise to the Lord. And I just love it when God’s children gives out their best to worship and praise Him.

And… they’re coming here in the Philippines to have a worship concert! Planetshakers and Israel Houghton & New Breed will have a back to back worship concert this coming April 21, 2012 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. And I really hope I would be able to come to that worship concert.

I am not talking about chocolates here. Last Sunday, I had the opportunity to meet a friend from college I haven’t met for a few years (though we were communicating through chat). He invited me to speak in one of their Worship Ministry Night (it is like a service for their worship team every first Sunday of the Month).

I am happy that God used me in their church that night.
Asking why M & M. His name is also Marvin.
